GOOD NEWS.... I have accepted an offer from CTS to come back. I would be MTL (manufacturing technical leader). It is a combination of engineer and UAW supervisor and Lean implementation. Actually, the engineering is minimal but I will be responsible for everything in the assembly department from scheduling to shipments to UAW issues. The pay is the same as when I left (minus the 5% paycut the everyone at CTS is taking right now) so I can't complain. I start June 1.

    Sounds like a demanding job. A few more duties than the guy your replacing I would guess. That their way. Good Luck and congratulations.
